Ordering Process
- Select the template you'd like to go with and the quantity.
- Purchase through our online system.
- In your "Cart" it will say "Quantity 1", please leave it set at 1. Your actual quantity will be in the Cart next to the name of your design and the product you're purchasing.
- Pay for your items.
- You will then receive an email from us within 24-48 hours (with the exception of weekends) which includes the list of information we'll need in order to get your template content filled in. We will need this info within 1 week to get your order processed on schedule, otherwise you may be pushed behind other orders.
- Once we have your text we will input it into our design and send you a PDF for approval.
- You will have 48 hours to approve or make any changes to the PDF.
- Once approved with your final okay, we will order the printing plates and materials to begin production. No changes to text, design or info can be made after this point without incurring a change fee.
- At this time we will let you know the estimated date you can expect your items. Typically 1-2 months depending on our current work load.
- We will then complete your items and mail them to you via FedEx ground shipping (unless you opt to pay for faster delivery).
- You then get to enjoy your invitations and wait for the calls of excitement from friends and family!
