Payment requirements

The signed contract detailing out your selections along with 50% of the final amount is due upon hiring and prior to us beginning any kind of custom work. Then, based on the timeline in your contract, we'll send you a proof of your design. Once you've approved the final proof we'll require the remaining 50% of payment due in full prior to us printing your designs. If you would like us to ship you your items we can do that at an additional fee. There will also be a 7.76% (or current Denver rate) sales tax added on to all product portions of your orders. If a cancellation occurs at any time no money will be refunded that has been received.

Timeline

Each person's timeline will vary slightly based on their specific needs. We will outline this in your contract. If you do not give us approvals and selections by the day specified in your timeline it may result in the final delivery of the product being pushed out to a later date that works on our calendar.

Proof Approval

Once you approve your final proof we will go directly to ordering plates for print. It is important to check if there are any spelling, grammar, layout, material, design, or color errors. By approving the proof via writing (email or fax), you are saying that you accept all the details of the design and giving us authorization to go to print. We cannot be responsible for any errors that you approve. To help you with this process we suggest having your significant other, family or friends assist in your proof reading. If an error is discovered after we have gone to print we are required to charge for a re-print (if requested).

Shipping

If you choose not to or are unable to pick up your invitations from our shop in Denver, our standard type of delivery will be fedex ground with insurance and will be reflected in your final bill. If you choose to have your order shipped faster please let us know. Please build in the required time for your order to be shipped to you after the final print deadline. We also ship internationally when requested. Please note that all international clients are responsible for all shipping, customs, import duties costs and taxes.

End Results

Because of the nature of both letterpress and laser engraving being hand made, each piece may vary slightly. This is part of the beauty and the unique quality of letterpress, where each person receiving gets something slightly unique to them. So each piece you receive may differ from what you see online, as well as what you see from piece to piece, in both color and texture and sometimes size. Depending on your selection of paper, each piece may vary slightly on the paper as well.
